Omega Brookfield Place Boutique is seeking an experienced luxury retail professional to join our team in McLean, VA. You will engage clients with top-tier service, share knowledge about our prestige timepieces, and drive sales while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a proven track record in luxury brands, a passion for watches, and the ability to exceed sales objectives. A flexible weekly schedule and a commitment to learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess 2–5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
• Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
• Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
• Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of our company collection of timepieces.
• Talented negotiation prowess.
• Passion for the art of selling.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule throughout the week.

• MS Office experience is highly desirable.
