OMEGA SA seeks a Luxury Assistant Manager with proven experience in luxury retail sales and store operations. You will lead daily retail operations, drive selling performance, and supervise a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will focus on building revenue, maintaining operational excellence, and applying strong clientele skills to maintain OMEGA’s premium brand standard in a fast-paced Las Vegas environment.

The Ideal candidate must be experienced in luxury retail sales and operations management with a strong focus on driving sales, delivering refined customer service and demonstrating strong clientele skills. The applicant of choice should have a proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers. The Luxury Assistant Manager leads retail operations, helps manage selling and supervises staff. He/she must possess the ability to build revenue and operational excellence.
