Job DescriptionAs an OMD Production Line Supervisor, you will be supervising operators in a manufacturing environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements standard operating procedures, work rules and instructions and manages daily production operation to meet the company’s quality and quantity standards.Responsibilities

  • Monitor employees’ performance and assist employees with work problems
  • Manage manpower and track absenteeism and timekeeping.
  • Train and develop employees to ensure they are competent to perform their tasks and follow the standard operating procedures.
  • Manage departmental performance measures, including manpower, production quality, throughput, on-time delivery and provides regular progress reports to manager.
  • Execute work rules, instruction and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Vocational Course Graduate or associate degree
  • 1 year of experience in assembly processes and equipment environment.
  • 1 year of experience in supervisory experience.
  • 3 years of experience in assembly processes and equipment environment, 2 years at supervisor level.
  • Previous experience in soldering, microscope, electro-mechanical tools, hand tools, and measurement devices.
