TURN Community Services is seeking a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Utah to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. This entry-level role offers meaningful daily work, mentorship, and the chance to grow within a supportive nonprofit environment.

You will provide hands-on support, including medication assistance, daily living tasks, transportation, and community activities, while helping clients develop life skills and independence.

• Provide medication administration, personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living support.
• Assist with transportation, shopping, meal preparation, and housekeeping.

Your expertise goes beyond basic care. Through the implementation of effective teaching and mentoring methodologies, you provide comprehensive life skills training. This includes strategies for financial management and behavior management. You help facilitate employment opportunities, foster relationships, and guide them in discovering enjoyable recreational activities. As a positive role model, you consistently demonstrate appropriate social skills and behaviors. TURN Community Services was founded in 1973 by a group of parents who wanted better services for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.

AVAILABLE SCHEDULE:

Monday and Tuesday Off

Saturday into Sunday 5pm-9am (Overnight shift)
