Job summary

NBCUniversal in Stamford, CT is seeking a Manager of Production Finance to lead financial operations for Olympics & Sports Production. You will own the full lifecycle of budgets for events, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Partner with Production, Operations and Scheduling to provide real-time spend updates, analyze variances, and drive cost-efficient decisions across pre-games, trials, nationals, and the LA 2028 program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• CPA, CORE or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Production Budget process for events and seasons.
• Budgeting and reporting for LA 2028 Olympic Games and related spend.
• Provide real-time spend updates and identify budget risks and opportunities.
• Deliver FP&A and controllership, including budgeting cycles and close.
• Prepare cost analyses and financial summaries for decisions.
• Support leadership with deep-dive analyses and cross-functional initiatives.
