Job summary

Corto Olive, LP is seeking a Cellar Technician to manage olive oil handling, transfers, filtration, blending, and cask maintenance at our Stockton facility. The role supports 24/7 operations during peak periods and requires adherence to food safety and quality standards.

You will maintain documentation, operate CIP processes, verify equipment readiness, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and Technical Services teams to ensure product integrity and timely production.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow SOPs and safety/quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute cellar operations per SOPs, SOPs and checklists.
• Perform CIP, oil transfers, blending, filtration and sediment disposal.
• Inspect equipment and ensure cleanliness and readiness for tasks.
• Monitor oxygen levels in casks using purging/sparging techniques.
• Maintain accurate oil inventory and production documentation.
• Load and unload bulk oil deliveries safely and efficiently.
