Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Cashier to perform sales transactions, handle payments, and support daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment.

The role involves maintaining product knowledge, keeping the work area clean and stocked, and assisting with stock tasks as directed by management. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
• Requires the ability to lift/push objects weighing over 10 lbs.
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.

Summary

This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment
