bioMérieux is seeking a Lab Technologist in Utah to perform a wide range of laboratory tasks and production processes, including operating HPLCs, DNA synthesizers, LC/MS, liquid handling robots, and UV/Vis spectrometry.

The role requires compliance with the Diagnostics’ Quality System, record-keeping per GMP/SOPs, and precise execution of batch records. The 6pm–6am shift (Sun–Tue and every other Wed) is offered, with a strong focus on safety and quality in a regulated biotech environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year of laboratory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot HPLCs, DNA synthesizers, LC/MS, and liquid handling robots.
• Maintain records per regulatory requirements, GMP, and SOPs.
• Manufacture oligonucleotides according to electronic batch records and work instructions.
• Provide proficient operation and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.
• Handle hazardous chemicals per approved procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
