Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in chemical or refining industry.
• Experience with HSE, process safety, operations, maintenance, reliability, and engineering processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Olefins Technical organization and set strategies aligned with safety, reliability and capital needs.
• Provide technical direction, develop capability, and manage budgets for the Olefins group.
• Ensure governance, change management, and project support for capital, expense, and reliability initiatives.
