Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Okta Consultant to drive enterprise identity projects in Chicago. You will lead multiple Okta deployments, integrate applications, and tailor configurations to business needs while minimizing customization.

The role requires hands-on development with Java/J2EE, deep knowledge of Okta architecture, SSO & MFA, and the ability to design workflows and reports that meet security and compliance goals.

Qualifications

• 4–5 Okta implementations
• 2 years of development experience on Java/J2EE
• In-depth understanding of Okta components and architecture
• Good experience with configuration of Okta product
• Experience with OKTA SSO & MFA
• Deep knowledge with machine to machine authentication API authentication and Authorization
• Ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/nonfunctional requirements with very less customization at the product level
• Ability to lead overall Okta product configuration and implementation
• Develop workflows, custom connectors, out of the box Okta configuration
• Integrate enterprise or in-house developed applications with Okta
• Configure account access recertification/delegation in Okta
• Customize Okta user interfaces as per business needs
• Generate standard or customize reports as per business needs
