Job summary

A leading company in IT Services and Consulting is seeking an Associate Director for their IT Security Practice. This fully remote role requires expertise in CIAM projects, particularly with Okta and Auth0, and involves leading teams and ensuring best practices in security architecture. Associate Director - IT Security Practice at SPG Resourcing

40 hours a week

6 to 12 months contract

100% Remote working (must be based in the US)

Role: OKTA CIAM (Auth0) Architect

You will provide technical leadership and solution architecture for CIAM projects, with deep Auth0 expertise. You must be able to lead delivery teams, own end-to-end solution designs, and ensure best practices are followed across configuration, integration, and customization.

Requirements:

• Must be Certified in Okta Developer – CIC
• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management or software architecture roles
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Auth0, including tenant configuration, rules/hooks, and pipelines
• Expertise in identity standards (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML) and Auth0 extensibility patterns
• Strong understanding of application security, API management, and CI/CD practices

Certifications (Nice to Have):

• Microsoft Azure or AWS certification
• Certified Identity Professional (e.g., IDPro) or similar industry credential
