Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate telehealth care to clients in Oklahoma. You must hold an independent license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist) and be available for a minimum of 15 sessions per week with 20 hours of total availability.

Work remotely with robust support and a strong clinical community. We offer guaranteed bi-weekly pay, W-2 employment, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and ongoing orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oklahoma as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or licensed psychologist.
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.
• Team-oriented and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based telehealth sessions.
• Manage a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with teammates and clinical leadership.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
