Responsibilities

• Participate in a collaborative model, managing own cases.
• Provide anesthesia for various procedures, primarily ortho and general.
• Meet quality incentives through performance.

• Collaborative Model-Do your own cases
• $300,000 for 44 weeks clinical work
• $200/hr for additional coverage
• Post primary call day off
• $1,600 if working post call extra (8hr guarantee)

• No hearts—lots of ortho, general, urology, endo
• No OB, Cath Lab coming soon.
