Job summary

Imperial-Vending- is seeking a team leader to oversee warehouse operations in Oklahoma. The role focuses on timely, accurate execution of orders, development of leaders, and ensuring efficient use of software tools for inventory and process improvements.

The candidate should have prior warehouse experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining accuracy in shipments and storage conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is required.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist warehouse operations including ordering, picking and loading for routes.
• Develop and grow leaders within the warehouse team.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor new hire progress and accuracy.
• Utilize software tools to maximize efficiency and provide feedback for growth.
• Ensure accurate product counts and proper inventory processes.
