Job summary

Imperial Companies in Oklahoma City is hiring for a Warehouse Team member. Duties include pulling loads, loading/unloading, receiving and storing stock, rotating products, sorting pastries, and maintaining a clean warehouse and dock area.

Applicants should be able to lift, climb stairs, and work in non-climate controlled conditions; prior warehouse experience is a plus. Benefits are offered and the role is full-time, day shift.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse, lifting.
• Adaptable, cooperative, responsible, diligent with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pull all loads and product for route trucks, lift and load on/off trucks.
• Check all deliveries and compare to paperwork before signing off.
• Receive and store all stock, rotate products.
• Sort pastries and keep facilities clean (trash, sweep, parking lot, dock).
• Bail cardboard with bailer and comply with safety procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Pull all loads and product for route trucks, lift and load on/off trucks
• Check all deliveries and compare to paperwork before signing off on them
• Receive and put away all stock, rotate products
• Sort pastries
• Keep facilities clean: Empty all trash, sweep, and straighten parking lot, warehouse and dock
• Bail cardboard w/ bailer
• Physical requirements: Lifting, overhead reaching, stooping, bending, stairs, standing, walking, regular on time attendance

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Prior warehouse experience, shipping, receiving, inventory, stocking, driving, equipment operator (pallet jack, forklift, floor scrubber) a plus but not required
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse, lifting
