Job summary

Rooted Survivors Therapy is seeking an EMDR Trained Therapist in Oklahoma to provide telehealth psychotherapy to survivors of trauma. This part-time, 100% remote position offers supervision, training, and a supportive group practice focused on client healing and clinician wellbeing.

You will conduct weekly sessions with clients, maintain ethical documentation, and participate in supervision and outreach, with a focus on trauma-responsive care and growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Candidate in OK (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC)
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited university
• Strong telehealth delivery and ethical documentation practices
• Experience with trauma-focused modalities is a plus (EMDR, DBT, CBT)

We're currently seeking a Oklahoma Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC - candidates welcome) who feels called to trauma-responsive work and wants to grow within a supportive, mission-driven group practice. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop strong clinical skills, receive thoughtful training/supervision, and be part of a practice that truly values both client healing and clinician wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Therapist at Rooted Survivors Therapy, you will provide telehealth therapy to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of abusive or harmful relationships. Our clinicians work collaboratively and are supported with supervision, consultation, and systems that allow them to focus on what matters most: helping clients heal.

Employment Details

This is a w2 position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow your caseload over time. The practice is completely closed every year from December 24 through January 1.

Paid Time Off

You receive accrued paid PTO proportionate to your number of hours worked in the amount of 2 additional weeks of paid time off per year.

What You Can Expect

• Candidates: $40 per client session
• Licensed: $60 per client session

Non-Billable Time

$25/hour for non-billable time, including:

• Team meetings
• Supervision
• Community outreach and practice-building projects
• No-Shows and Late Cancellations that are billed

Qualifications

• Registered Candidate or Licensed Therapist in the state of OK.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited university
• Eligible to practice psychotherapy in Oklahoma under Licensed Supervision, if necessary
• Comfort and experience with providing telehealth therapy
• Strong ethical standards and documentation practices
• Certifications in trauma-responsive modalities a plus (EMDR, DBT, somatic approaches, CBT, etc.).
• Being at least EMDR level 1 Trained is a must.
