Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, product management, marketing, or CPG in retail
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Data analysis and insights presentation skills
• Project management experience or skills (preferred)
• Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
• Availability to work full-time (40+ hours per week) May–December 2027

Responsibilities

• Support daily product management activities including creation of collateral like website content and sell sheets
• Conduct competitive analysis across product lines (5Ps)
• Perform market assessments to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain pricing data and cross-reference lists
• Update product images and descriptions for Mercury and Quicksilver parts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and dealers
• Analyze industry trends and competitor data for product line enhancements
• Present recommendations for product improvements in a final presentation
