Brunswick Corporation, headquartered in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a Product Management Intern for Oils & Lubricants within Mercury Marine. The role focuses on competitive market research, dealer catalogs, and compelling product descriptions, collaborating across departments to support daily operations of oils categories.

The internship offers hands-on experience in the marine industry, with exposure to marine engines, parts, and oils, and requires a full-time schedule May–December 2027.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, product management, marketing, or CPG in retail
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Data analysis and insights presentation skills
• Project management experience or skills (preferred)
• Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
• Availability to work full-time (40+ hours per week) May–December 2027

Responsabilités

• Support daily product management activities including creation of collateral like website content and sell sheets
• Conduct competitive analysis across product lines (5Ps)
• Perform market assessments to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain pricing data and cross-reference lists
• Update product images and descriptions for Mercury and Quicksilver parts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and dealers
• Analyze industry trends and competitor data for product line enhancements
• Present recommendations for product improvements in a final presentation
