Job summary

Flying A Pumping Services LLC is seeking a Yard Hand / Maintenance Technician to support daily oilfield yard operations and to perform maintenance on pipe inspection and certification equipment. The role requires mechanical aptitude, safety-mindedness, and the ability to handle a variety of hands-on tasks in a demanding environment.

You will assist with loading and organizing pipe, operate yard machinery, and perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in reliable condition.

Qualifications

• Oilfield/industrial yard experience preferred.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with pipe inspection or certification equipment is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment, or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Able to lift and move materials; outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, organizing, and storing of oilfield pipe and related materials.
• Operate forklifts, loaders, cranes, or other yard equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintain organized and safe pipe yard; perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with pipe inspection, testing, and certification activities; repair equipment as needed.
• Follow safety policies; keep work areas clean and safe.
