Job summary

Deep Well Services is seeking a Welder to perform general welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance on our oilfield service fleet and facilities. You’ll work from the shop and provide occasional field support, reading blueprints and following quality standards.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to safely perform welding with GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and TIG/MIG as needed. Travel up to 25% and on‑call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of some verifiable welding and fabrication experience required.
• Oilfield service equipment and structural fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform general welding repairs, fabrication, and maintenance on oilfield service equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Use GMAW, FCAW, SMAW; TIG/MIG as needed by job scope.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
• Travel up to 25% and support field operations when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
