Job summary

WaterBridge is seeking a Wash Rack Operator for Pecos, TX and Orla, TX to wash out trucks in an oil-based mud environment and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities include operating pumps, handling wash hoses, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 6 months to 1 year of related experience. Housing may be provided during shifts, with a rotational schedule and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash out trucks (end dumps, vacuum trucks, and roll-off boxes) in an oil-based mud safety-sensitive environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Turn pumps on and off and ensure hoses/nozzles are secure and not cracked.
• Identify trucks entering and exiting the wash pad and clean mud from the wash bay.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report issues to supervision.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory organization.
