Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a Trainee Pump Operator in Midland, TX to support pressure pumping and completion services under direct supervision. You will assist with rig up/rig down, operate the pump truck, and record operation data at wellsites.

The role requires flexibility for 12+ hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates should be at least 21 and able to lift up to 50 pounds, with a valid driver's license. Silvertip is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year oilfield experience preferred.
• Able to perform 12+ hour shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rig up/rig down of pumps and data recording equipment.
• Operate and maintain the pump truck and equipment; keep operation records.
• Follow safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Assist with shop and wellsite operations; load/unload materials as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support crew as required.
