Job summary

Deep Well Services is seeking Pump Operators to support field operations across major basins in the United States. The role involves extensive travel, hands-on pumping equipment operation, and working in challenging environments.

Candidates should be safety-focused and eager to grow with a company that values training and advancement. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pumping services, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts (28/14) including nights

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience in the pumping services environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and high-pressure environments.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift tools for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50lbs – 80lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Work scheduled rotations at any location (28/14) including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to operate forklift and aerial lift safely.
• Comfortable working at heights using man lift, scissor lift, and ladders with fall protection.
