Qualifications
3–7 years of formulation or application chemistry experience in Oil & Gas or specialty chemicals.
Hands-on experience with production or completions chemicals strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize formulations for oilfield production and completions chemicals.
Design and execute lab experiments to assess performance and scalability.
Scale formulations from lab to manufacturing and support field validation.
Conduct testing for stability, compatibility, rheology, and performance.
Document formulations, test data, and batch records accurately.
Skills
Strong physical chemistry and oilfield fluid fundamentals
Proficiency with lab instrumentation and analytical techniques
Strong technical writing, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
