Job summary

Jacam Catalyst LLC is seeking a hands-on Field Support Technician to collect oil samples at customer sites, ship them to the lab, and perform fluid calculations on-site. You will support Account Managers and ensure equipment readiness across sites in the Casper, WY area.

The role emphasizes safety, independent work, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning field sampling, equipment maintenance, and data interpretation for customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Minimum of two years oilfield experience operating and maintaining high-pressure wells.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• A Class B CDL with current Medical Certificate, Hazmat, Tanker, and Airbrake endorsements preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect oil samples from customers’ well-sites and ship samples to Jacam Catalyst’s laboratory.
• Perform fluid management calculations at the wellsite.
• Conduct pressure pumping operations safely and efficiently.
• Read and analyze material usage data for Account Managers.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all company equipment required for performing job duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and field office personnel.
