Job summary

Crosby Energy Services is seeking an Oilfield Electrician for production equipment and ESP systems in Pecos, TX. You will maintain, install, troubleshoot, and optimize field electrical equipment critical to oil and gas production.

The role requires independent work, strong knowledge of electrical controls, motors, and field equipment, plus a valid driver’s license for company vehicle use. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of related electrical experience in oil & gas or similar industry.
• Experience with oil & gas production electrical systems preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards applicable to oil & gas operations.
• Experience with motors, control panels, and field equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and optimize field electrical equipment for production operations.
• Provide day‑to‑day electrical support for assigned production area.
• Be available for after‑hours/emergency callouts and weekend/on‑call rotation.
