Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an Electrician in Pecos, TX to install, maintain, and repair a variety of electrical equipment across heavy industrial facilities. You will troubleshoot and follow safety procedures, coordinating with operation personnel for permits and clearances.

Under supervision, the Electrician will work on power distribution, fiber optics, instrumentation, and lighting systems, documenting repairs and performing lock-out/tag-out as required.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in heavy industrial electrical work.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code and basic safety practices.
• Commitment to safety procedures and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Determines methods and materials for maintenance and repair.
• Performs lock-out and tag-out procedures for safety.
• Dismantles equipment to access defective parts.
• Troubleshoots, inspects, and maintains equipment.
• Reads schematics, plans, and specifications to guide work.
• Completes paperwork documenting repair activities.
• Communicates with personnel regarding maintenance initiation.
