Job summary

RK Supply is seeking a Dispatch Associate to coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of deliveries across the Permian Basin, ensuring timely, accurate distribution to job sites and customers. This office-based role requires close collaboration with drivers, warehouse, and sales to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years dispatching experience, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with ERP systems, and the ability to work both

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in oilfield services, industrial supply, or transportation.
• Familiarity with the Permian Basin and surrounding areas preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch software; ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite) a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and track drivers and deliveries across the Permian Basin.
• Prioritize orders based on urgency and routes.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, warehouse, and sales.
• Monitor progress and address delays or changes.
• Enter and update delivery data in dispatch software/ERP.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure readiness and loading.
• Communicate delivery times or changes to customers as needed.
• Maintain records of deliveries, routes, logs, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety policies.
