Job summary

A staffing services leader in the energy industry is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter in Pecos, Texas. This contract role offers competitive compensation between $45-60/hour and involves performing maintenance on I&E systems and managing technical staff. Candidates should have a minimum Associate's degree and significant experience in the oilfield sector, ideally with skills in troubleshooting and automation communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years of work-related oilfield experience.
• Specific experience in the installation and maintenance of automation communication network infrastructure is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective & preventive maintenance on control systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic equipment.
• Train co-workers in safe job procedures.
