Qualifications

• The right candidate is reliable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and ready to build foundational shop skills in a structured automotive service environment.
• Strong interest or desire to work in the automotive repair industry.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn basic automotive maintenance and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance, including fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, and air and cabin filters.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and repair order documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings through the proper store channels.
• Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with environmental and hazardous waste requirements.
