Job summary

HALCO MANAGEMENT is hiring General Service Technicians to join our Midas Auto Service & Tire locations across Michigan. This role offers hands-on experience with oil changes, tire services, alignments, and routine maintenance, with opportunity to learn from experienced technicians and advance your automotive career.

We value accountability, teamwork, and customer service. A valid driver's license is required; automotive experience is welcome but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive experience preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire services, alignments, battery replacement, and routine maintenance.
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist technicians with shop workflow and vehicle preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver quality work and outstanding customer service.
