Job summary

HALCO MANAGEMENT is seeking motivated General Service Technicians to join their growing Midas Auto Service locations throughout Michigan. This position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to advance your career in automotive repair.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The company offers competitive hourly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into Technician roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Automotive experience preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire services, alignments, battery replacement, and routine maintenance.
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist technicians with shop workflow and vehicle preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver quality work and outstanding customer service.
