Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking an Oil Sales & Service Representative to drive oil sales and provide service at customer sites. You will load and unload oil, maintain safety standards, and pursue new business while meeting targets.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work with truck equipment and DOT requirements. We offer competitive pay with bonuses and uncapped commissions, plus comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have or be eligible for Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker Endorsement.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and service for oil business across accounts.
• Load/offload oil using hoses and equipment with care and safety.
• Meet sales targets and ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Develop new business opportunities and service existing customers.
• Prepare and document work orders and maintain equipment.
