Job summary

Kimble is seeking a Well Pumper to operate and maintain oil and gas wells at the surface level. The role requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and the capacity to lift heavy loads.

You will monitor operations, control valves, and manage production with pumps and tanks. Responsibilities include line locating pipelines, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safe, reliable well performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable under policy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations of wells.
• Operate timer controller to open/close valves.
• Manually operate valves, chokes, regulators, and dumps.
• Operate engines and pumps to manage production and storage.
• Walk pipelines to line locate and gauge tanks.
• Schedule water and oil pickups and attach pumps to wellheads.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on equipment.
