Job summary

Musket Corporation is seeking an outside terminal operator to join our daily operations. You will operate and monitor facility equipment, handle railcar unloading when required, and ensure safe, compliant performance across shifts.

You must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime; you will communicate with supervisors, keep logs, and participate in safety trainings. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Able to respond in emergency situations.
• Follow all safety practices and procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to handle stress and work under pressure.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform outside terminal operator duties in a daily shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all equipment and operations.
• Control facility operation safely and in compliance with environmental permits and safety regulations.
• Support railcar unloading activities, including connecting and disconnecting railcars and inspecting railcars.
• Communicate facility status and improvement ideas to supervision.
• Address abnormal conditions and take corrective action.
• Monitor equipment hourly and log status updates.
• Report pertinent activities to the on-duty operations manager.
• Fill out shift forms and maintain an organized work area.
• Maintain professional communication with all personnel.
• Attend trainings and safety meetings as required.
• Carry out other assigned duties and general labor as needed.
