What You’ll Do:

• Draft and review production title opinions

• Advise clients on mineral title and ownership issues

• Conduct due diligence and legal research related to oil & gas production

• Optionally manage junior attorneys (and earn hourly management rate)

• Work closely with clients, landmen, and internal teams on sophisticated title matters

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience focused on oil & gas title opinions (production-stage preferred)

• Strong knowledge of title in Texas and/or North Dakota basins (Permian/Bakken)

• Exceptional legal writing and issue-spotting skills

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Independent, self-motivated, and deadline-driven

Compensation & Benefits:
