BOK Financial in Fort Worth is seeking an Oil & Gas Revenue Accounting Specialist II to research, correct, and create database information in the Oil & Gas Accounting System. You will work on division orders, check formats, and purchaser screens, and collaborate with staff and partners to resolve payments that will not post.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of oil and gas operations and terminology
• Thorough PC and software application skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Intermediate knowledge of Oil and Gas Accounting System
• Excellent data capture skills; alpha/numeric with 98% accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to meet stringent timelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with various departments across company and Vendors
• Strong decision making skills, ability to determine when to elevate complex items or calculate minor outages

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex payment discrepancies and division order issues using specialized accounting systems.
• Use Oil & Gas Accounting, remittance, and archive systems to research and correct payment errors, and train staff on resolving complex issues.
• Analyze payments to map them to the correct owner, asset, and interest, and update Division Orders as needed.
• Submit and track asset and payment clarification requests through Remediation Systems with timely follow-up.
• Enter and interpret detailed payment data into the accounting system, correcting errors.
• Reconcile daily deposits, maintain tracking logs, and perform administrative tasks like digital filing and document preparation.
