The role requires 5+ years in project management and sales, with strong sourcing of pipe, valves and fittings. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is a plus; excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management and sales.
• Strong sourcing background for pipe, valves, and fittings.
• Oil & Gas knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of assigned projects.
• Provide superior customer service internally and externally.
• Strategically source material.
• Coordinate with internal support teams for order entry and item coding.
• Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Lead project-related conference calls with third parties.
• Provide reporting to the project management team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Analyze and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Facilitate expeditious movement of material and paperwork.
• Support other project managers and sales assistants as workload permits.
• Exceed customer expectations with 100% on-time deliveries and order accuracy.
• Maximize operating profits and gain market share through service.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
