Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is seeking a Pipeline Technician to maintain and operate crude oil pipelines, pump stations, and associated equipment.

The role involves mechanical maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and assisting with replacements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, relevant maintenance experience in the energy sector, and the ability to read schematics and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vol/Tech certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of crude oil pipeline maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret alignment sheets, schematics and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate crude oil pipelines, pump stations and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, valves and control equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems and electrical components.
• Assist with replacements and repairs of pumps, valves, motors, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to operations staff.
• Respond to emergencies as part of area response team.
• Interface with landowners and field personnel.
