Job summary

Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. is seeking an Operations Tech to support Drilling & Completions operations. You will help engineers and field staff manage well data, documentation, reporting, and workflow needs within the Peloton software suite.

The role covers end-of-well documentation, internal proposals, post-job lookbacks, data and cost tracking, and contract support. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential to ensure accurate, accessible information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in oil and gas operations support or related role.
• Experience using Peloton or similar oil and gas systems.
• Ability to prepare well files, end-of-well documentation, post-job summaries, and internal proposal deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; excellent documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of incoming field data for completeness and accuracy.
• Support Engineers and Field Staff with day-to-day requests and data tracking in Peloton.
• Coordinate information for Internal Well Proposals with Land, Accounting, GIS, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare end-of-well documentation for Drilling, Completions, and Workover operations.
• Develop Post Job summaries with efficiency metrics and cost information.
• Assist with contract management and records management for the Operations team.
• Maintain organized records, well files, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline workflows.
