You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure jobs are well-planned, resourced, and executed, while monitoring backlog and KPIs. Daily tasks include scheduling for multiple crews, coordinating resources, and ensuring work orders are ready before scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of Williston, ND.
• 2+ years in maintenance planning/scheduling or related roles.
• Experience in oil and gas, energy, or related operations.
• Familiar with CMMS and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 1–4 week maintenance schedules.
• Create and manage weekly/daily work schedules for multiple crews.
• Coordinate labor, contractor, material, and equipment resources.
• Monitor backlog, aging work orders, and KPI performance.
• Support outages, shutdowns, and major maintenance events.
• Communicate schedule changes and risks to stakeholders.
