Job summary

Danos is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to support drilling, completions, well servicing, and project activities. You will act as a liaison among field operations, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, coordinating materials and services and ensuring accurate processing of requests and shipments.

The role emphasizes computer-based workflows, cross-system activities, and proactive issue identification to prevent field impact. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a technical field is preferred/required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Proven experience in logistics planning/execution and materials management.
• Experience coordinating materials, shipments, vendors, and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a logistics interface between field Operations Supervisors, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate materials and services for drilling, completions, and well servicing activities.
• Provide logistics and materials management support for project deliverables.
• Schedule, coordinate, and maintain internal and external shipments.
• Receive requests via phone, email, fax, and digital platforms; enter orders accurately.
• Review field requests to identify discrepancies or issues before execution.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered to locations.
• Work across multiple systems to execute requests; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Attend planning meetings with customers and operational teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Logistics, and field personnel as required.
• Maintain clear communication on order status and shipment progress.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation; provide site support when needed.
