Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a Land Analyst to support the Landmen responsible for South Texas assets. You will analyze oil and gas agreements, draft land documents, track AFEs, and maintain accurate land information to support operations and potential acquisitions.

The role requires 2+ years in land/oil & gas, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, GIS, and LandVantage/Enverus tools. Collaboration with field and corporate teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in land, legal, or oil & gas industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, GIS, and land information systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review oil and gas agreements and assist Landmen.
• Prepare drafts of land agreements and supporting documents.
• Receive/analyze AFEs and track proposals and deadlines.
• Coordinate entry, routing, execution, and records of land documents.
• Support acquisitions/divestitures by gathering/organizing land records.
• Coordinate recording of land documents and related payments.

Education

Bachelor's degree

2+ years land/oil & gas experience
