Anschutz Exploration Corporation in Denver seeks a land professional with 3+ years O&G experience to source and negotiate leases and acquisitions, review titles, and manage related analyses. Travel up to 10% may be required. Competitive compensation and a full benefits package are offered.

Starting compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with good-faith expectations of growth and market-aligned adjustments over time.

• Directly source and negotiate leases and acquisitions, within budget.
• Excellent title review and title curative skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to Spotfire or other business intelligence tools.
• Proficient in mapping and using associated GIS software.
• Excellent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
