Job summary

Flywheel Energy, LLC seeks a field technician to maintain wells and pipeline systems in Gonzales, TX. You will report production and sales data daily and optimize production across sites.

Responsibilities include site visits, meter readings, data input, maintenance logging, and coordination with contract personnel. On-call 24/7 availability and valid Texas driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Industry or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have good judgment/decision-making skills.
• On-call availability 24/7 required.

Responsibilities

• Visit every site daily and monitor operations.
• Read gas/oil/water meters and tank gauges.
• Record well pressures and input production data daily.
• Collect run tickets and deliver to integrators.
• Troubleshoot production issues and report to Lead Operator/Production Foreman.
• Log maintenance and well service events.
• Inspect and maintain wells, equipment, and site.
• Operate company equipment per policy and safety rules.
• Maintain relations with landowners and community contacts.
• Report environmental issues and assist with clean-up as needed.
• Coordinate work with contract personnel.
