Job summary

CANUSA EPC LLC in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead upstream and midstream oil & gas EPC projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field activities to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will directly manage client communications, internal and external meetings, and risk-based decisions while mentoring multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success from kickoff to closeout.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in engineering, EPC/EPCM, construction, or energy projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream and midstream oil & gas projects from kickoff through engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction support, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across process, piping, mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, automation, engineering, and design.
• Maintain accountability for project deliverables, deadlines, and commitments.
• Identify risks and delays early and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage changes and communicate impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead project meetings.
• Support and mentor project team members and coordinate vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution aligns with client expectations and CANUSA standards.
