Job summary

T5 WEST OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Lube Technician in Albuquerque, NM to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades, air filters, and other light maintenance. You will provide excellent customer service while performing these tasks.

Competitive hourly pay with potential commission, full‑time schedule, and benefits including PTO, 401(k), and medical/dental/vision options. Training provided in a supportive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods and handle actions like lifting.
• Work in hot or cold weather conditions.
• Always be alert and aware of your surroundings.
• Lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to communicate with the public.
• Need reliable transportation.
• Full‑time employment.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter, grease chassis fittings.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Assist the customer in selecting oil type and other services.
• Deliver excellent customer service both verbally and in writing.
• Process payment for services performed.
• Perform coolant exchanges and fill services.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
