Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs in Wisconsin. No experience is required; we provide paid training to learn oil changes, filter replacements, tire pressure checks, and light maintenance.

You’ll work in a friendly, energetic team focused on quick, quality service while customers stay in their vehicles. We offer competitive base pay with commissions, opportunity for advancement, and benefits like paid time off, health/vision/dental coverage, and free oil changes

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn oil changes and basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Restock and maintain shop inventory; keep work area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
