Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for an Oil Change Team Member. No experience required; we will train you to become a lube technician capable of oil changes, replacing wiper blades, air filters, and performing light maintenance tasks.

This full-time role offers up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, plus paid training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself under cars.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
