Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and a valid drivers license preferred.
• Previous automotive service experience is a plus.
• Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot non-routine repairs.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a team player.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, indoor and outdoor.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Year-round schedule availability is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil change services and 20-point maintenance checks.
• Perform minor light-duty automotive repairs as trained.
• Greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner and educate them on services.
• Maintain shop cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, restrooms.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and Delta Sonic's quality standards.
