Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a team member to join our crew as an Oil Change Team Member. No experience is required; we train you to perform oil changes, blade/filter replacements, tire pressure checks, and light maintenance. The role emphasizes customer service and a positive attitude.

Starting at $15.15/hr with base pay and commissions. Full-time opportunities and paid training help you move up to management levels. Health, vision, and dental insurance are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Over 18 years of age (over 16 in AZ, ID, KS, NM, SC, SD, TX, WY)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep workspace clean.
• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers as needed.
